He stated that Iran is perceived by many Islamic nations as a powerful and courageous actor in resisting the oppression and tyranny of global hegemonic powers. “Iran’s retaliatory strikes have not only resonated with its own citizens but also inspired admiration and pride across the Islamic world,” Mortazavi said. “Especially among nations whose leaders remained silent or complicit in the face of such injustice.”
The cleric asserted that Muslim populations have come to identify their common enemy and now speak with a united voice against aggression and occupation. “Even within non-Islamic societies, we are witnessing unprecedented support for the resistance—centered around Iran—and widespread condemnation of the Zionist regime.”
Highlighting the current regional sensitivities, Mortazavi stressed the urgency and strategic importance of the moment: “This unity must translate into collective will. Muslim nations must impose their demands on governments and join forces with freedom-seeking movements around the world—especially those in Europe and America protesting against occupation and violence—to curb the crimes committed by the Zionist regime and its international sponsors.”
