Pilgrims attend Arbe’een great march to Karbala (photo)

Millions of Muslims from across the world head for the holy city of Karbala to attend the Arba’een ceremony which is marked 40 days after martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). To show their special devotion to the martyred Imam, many march the whole route to the shrine of Imam Hussein (AS).
