Iran represents entire Muslim world in battle against Israeli regime

A top Iranian prayer leader has hailed Iran’s determination against Israeli regime stressing that the country represents entire world of Islam in confrontation with Israeli regime.

Mamusta Abdul Salam Emami, Friday prayer leader of Sunni community in Mahabad, made the comment in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) following Israeli aggressions against different Iranian cities.
 
He said,” Based on human rights, the international law and Islamic views the right to self-defense is preserved for us” and added,” Amid the critical conditions in the region when the Islamic Republic seeks peace across the Middle East, it was the Israeli regime that, with the help of arrogant powers and the US intelligence, logistics and forces, launched attack on Iran.”
 
The Sunni cleric called Iran as the only source of honor and defense line for the Islamic nation.
 
He added,” In less than 24 hours after the war was imposed on Iran, the confrontation changed in favor of Iran where, regrettably, a number of senior commanders were lost, but a crushing response was given to the Zionist regime.”
 
Mamusta Abdul Salam Emami expressed regret that the Islamic countries, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and also the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) together with other international communities remained as mere observers.
 
He called on the people to remain vigilant and foil Israeli plots to provoke religious and ethnical disagreements.
 
The top cleric also urged the Iranians to remain united in defense of the country.
