The Leader of Nigeria Shia Muslims has highlighted comprehensive sanctions against Israeli regime as the key practical measure that could support Gaza.

Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky made the remarks in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) conducted on the sideline of the 39th Islamic Unity Conference held in Tehran.
 
Zakzaky stated: "No one believes that God gave this people a land and allowed them to massacre its inhabitants mercilessly."
 
He pointed out that this regime is an occupying and oppressive one and that it should only be addressed with the language of force.
 
The cleric emphasized that holding the annual International Islamic Unity Conference in Iran plays an important role in creating Muslim unity.
 
The 39th International Islamic Unity Conference was held in Tehran from September 8 to 10, with the participation of eighty prominent scholars, two hundred and ten guests, and two thousand eight hundred activists from the Islamic world.
