Reflecting on the era before the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Amin described it as a time of darkness and injustice, noting that the Prophet’s birth brought divine mercy to humanity. He added that, as stated in the Qur’an, the Prophet was a mercy for all worlds—not just Muslims. Therefore, Iran’s initiative in organizing such a conference is timely and significant.
He commended Iran’s efforts in gathering scholars and muftis from across the globe under the banner of the Prophet (PBUH), highlighting years of dedication to Islamic unity. He lamented the current state of division and suffering among Muslims, stressing the urgent need for unity and struggle for justice, as exemplified by the Prophet throughout his life.
Amin asserted that, apart from Iran, no other Islamic country has taken meaningful steps to bridge divisions among Muslims. He cited Iran’s role in Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen as evidence of its commitment. He called for more frequent conferences like this one and urged other Islamic governments to follow Iran’s example in addressing the challenges facing the Ummah.
Regarding the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH), Amin emphasized that the Qur’an offers a complete guide for Muslim life. He warned that neglecting these teachings has led to division and that returning to them is essential for salvation. He noted that the Prophet’s message united people and transformed enemies into believers.
He acknowledged that differences of opinion are natural and can be beneficial, but stressed the importance of dialogue. Amin argued that no country should consider itself above discussion and that Muslims must come together to identify problems and find collective solutions. He praised Iran’s leadership in resisting Zionist aggression in Palestine, Yemen, and Gaza.
On the role of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, Amin said that Imam Khomeini (RA) brought the Iranian people closer to the Prophet’s teachings, and today, Ayatollah Khamenei has shattered the myth of Israel’s invincibility. He affirmed that Iran has proven its ability to confront enemies and that the Muslim Ummah stands firmly behind its leadership.
Addressing the recent war waged by the Zionist regime and the United States against Iran, Amin stated that Iran has changed the perception that Muslims cannot resist Western powers. He emphasized that Iran’s response to aggression is decisive and unexpected.
He criticized the silence of Islamic countries regarding the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, attributing it to cowardice and Western dependency. Amin praised Iran’s courage in exposing the true face of the West and holding it accountable for genocide in Gaza, destruction in Afghanistan, and terrorism in Pakistan.
Amin called for the formation of an Islamic Union similar to the European Union, suggesting that such a body could unite Islamic leaders to address shared challenges and work toward a just and peaceful world. He urged leaders to set aside personal interests and prioritize the welfare of the Ummah.
In conclusion, Amin referenced a leaked speech by Hillary Clinton, in which she allegedly admitted that billions of dollars were spent to create divisions among Muslims. He stressed that, in the face of such threats, only unity among Islamic nations and full cooperation among their governments can ensure the survival and strength of the Muslim Ummah.
