Sunni Cleric: Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Is a Universal Messenger and Worthy of Leading Humanity

In an interview with Taghrib News Agency (TNA), he stated: “The glad tidings of the Prophet’s advent as the final messenger are a clear and undeniable truth. The honor of leading the children of Adam and the lofty position of global spiritual guidance belong solely to his noble being.”

Moradi highlighted the universality of Islam, saying: “There is no doubt about the truth and global nature of this divine religion. Numerous Qur’anic verses affirm this, including verse 28 of Surah Saba:
‘We have not sent you except to all mankind as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner, but most people do not know.’”
He explained that while previous prophets were sent to specific communities or regions, Prophet Muhammad’s mission is universal, not limited by ethnicity, language, or geography.
Moradi noted that today, people from diverse backgrounds—Persians, Kurds, Turks, Arabs, and others—have embraced the Prophet with love and reverence. He added that even among non-Muslim intellectuals in both Eastern and Western societies, many speak of the Prophet’s character with admiration and respect.
He warned against efforts by anti-Islamic groups to distort the truth of the Prophet’s mission, saying:
“Some attempt to sow doubt among the youth by claiming that the Prophet belonged only to the Arab people or the Arabian Peninsula. But such efforts are doomed to fail, as the Qur’an declares:
‘They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will complete His light, even if the disbelievers dislike it.’”
In conclusion, Moradi affirmed: “The future envisioned by the Qur’an for the Muslim Ummah is bright and global. The continued spread of the Muhammadan faith across the world is a reality that shakes the tyrants and enemies, and heralds the ultimate triumph of truth over falsehood.”
