“Muslims should stand responsible if they fall short to assist Palestinians”
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, in a recent message, condemned the ‘Zionist Israeli regime’ over the catastrophic situation in Gaza saying what we hear from the blockaded strip is calls for help, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He denounced Israel for the unabating bombardment and daily massacre of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, multiple forms of killing and torture, starvation and cutting medical aids to the besieged territories.
The cleric referred to Israel’s failure in achieving
its objectives regarding elimination of the Hamas resistance movement and said,” It is clear that Israeli regime intends to cleanse the Gaza Strip and occupied West Bank from Palestinians on its path to establish a so-called Jewish state and materialize the deal of the century.”
He called for a popular and diplomatic mobilization to end the critical situation in Gaza.
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari said,” We demand all Muslim scholars to help because if we fall short to help the Palestinians, we should stand responsible in front of the Gazans.”
The message by the senior Iranian cleric comes as Israel’s genocidal war against the blockaded Gaza Strip has continued for more than four months killing over 29,800 most of them women and children.
