“The culture of Ashura has forged a strong and unified body among the followers of the Prophet Muhammad,” he stated, “and as long as the earth turns around the sun, Islam will remain triumphant over all adversaries.”

Highlighting Iran's spiritual strength, Ayatollah Golpayegani remarked: “Today, the Iran of Imam Hussein’s followers leads the battle against the tyrants of our era. The spirit inspired by the legacy of Imam Hussein(AS) is now a source of honor and strength for Muslim nations both within Iran and across the Islamic world.”
He reiterated that Muslims with genuine faith never submit to oppression, explaining: “The Ashura culture has unified the followers of the Prophet into a resilient force. Islam will prevail as long as the world endures.”
On the role of Imam Hussein (AS), he said: “In the Islamic faith, Imam Hussein(AS) is a beacon of guidance on the path to salvation. To break free from the influence of disbelief and global arrogance, the Islamic Ummah and free peoples must hold tight to this divine rope, walking freely toward truth like one who discovers the rightful path for themselves.”
