Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian, said Muslim countries must establish a unified bloc to meet their demands within the world of Islam.

Pezeshkian made the remarks in a meeting with Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, member of Pakistan Muslim League (PML) in Lahore, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The Iranian official hailed the support of Pakistani nation for Iran and said,” If Muslims across the globe are united, then the Israeli Zionist regime will not be able to target the Islamic nations one by one.”
 
He emphasized that the world of Islam must improve its capabilities in different domains, establish a unified bloc and fulfill its demands within itself.
 
The Pakistani official also referred to the Israeli aggression against Iran hailing the resilience of the Iranian nation during the 12-day imposed war.
 
He reiterated Pakistan’s support for the Iranian nation vowing that Islamabad will stand by Tehran more powerfully.
 
Nawaz Sharif said,” Iranian nation, in their steadfastness, defended their country and revealed a new strength” and added,” This was not confrontation with a regime, rather a courageous battle against the world powers.”
 
He noted that the Pakistani people are proud of the resistance by Iranian nation against the world powers and that Islamabad is interested in expanding relations with Tehran in different domains.
