Palestinian death toll in Gaza rising as nearly 50 killed in 24 hours

Dozens of people have lost their lives and several more injured in Gaza as the Israeli regime continues with its genocidal war across the besieged strip.

At least 47 people, including nine who were recovered, and 226 wounded were taken to hospital in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.
 
The death toll and injuries since March 18, when the occupation violated the ceasefire agreement, has reached 10,400 and 43,845 others were wounded.
 
The sources explained that the number of aid seekers killed by Israeli gunfire during the past 24 hours has risen to 14, with 132 injured, bringing the total number of slain aid-seekers at hospitals to 1,938, and the total number of injured to 14,420.
 
Gaza hospitals recorded seven deaths due to starvation and malnutrition over the past 24 hours, including two children, bringing the total number to 258, including 110 children.
 
Medical sources said on Sunday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 61,944, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023.
