An Iranian cultural figure has hailed the solidarity of the Iranian nation during the 12-day Israeli-imposed war saying that the hostile plots against the country were foiled due to the same reason.
Mohsen Meschi, the deputy of Iran Affairs at World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought condemned the arrogant powers for plans to eliminate the Islamic Republic of Iran, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He made the remarks at a meeting of Shia and Sunni scholars held on the sideline of the 39th Islamic Unity Conference.
Meschi emphasized,” In this war, we witnessed the peak of social manners among the Iranians” praising the Leader for his wise leadership that led to the enemies being crushed and ‘beg for ceasefire.”
Meschi added, “Although the child-killing Zionist regime is supported by world powers, today the issue of Palestine has been raised as a humanitarian issue, and all followers of religions have taken this issue into consideration."
Continuing, "Mawlawi Ishaq Madani," the head of the Supreme Council of the Proximity Assembly, referring to the enemies' media war, said: "Today, the enemies are using the media multiple times to convey their voice to the world, while the voice of Islamic scholars is less heard."
Speaking in another part of the meeting, Iranian scholar, Mowlavi Es’haq Madani emphasized, "Minor differences must not lead to war and division among Muslims, because the principle of Islam is in danger of being destroyed.”
He added,” Only by managing differences and strengthening unity can we stand against the conspiracies of enemies, especially the Zionist regime.”
Others senior clerics also addressed the meeting held on the second day of the 39th Islamic Unity Conference in the capital Tehran.
