Khatib emphasized that Iran’s unified stance under a single flag forced its opponents to initiate a ceasefire, highlighting the strategic resilience of the Iranian people. He warned that U.S. military bases in the region, such as Al Udeid in Qatar, have become liabilities for their host nations.
The official outlined the conflict’s complexity, describing it as a four-layered hybrid war led by Israel under U.S. direction. These layers included:
  • Military operations, planned months in advance;
    Psychological warfare, aimed at destabilizing national morale;
    Media manipulation, designed to provoke internal division;
    Political pressure, involving both overt negotiations and covert threats.
Khatib criticized Western intelligence assessments, stating that despite advanced surveillance tools, they failed to account for two decisive elements: Iran’s united population and its “wise leadership.” He credited Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei with restoring calm, sustaining public morale, and fostering national unity during the crisis.
Concluding his remarks, Khatib urged a shift from “borderless defamation” to “borderless unity,” calling for renewed efforts to document and disseminate the narrative of Iran’s strategic victory.
