He emphasized that today’s battles are not limited to military fields but extend into media, economics, science, and culture.
Mamusta Qanbari: Muslims Need Unity in Thought and Action
According to Taghrib News Agency(TNA), Mamusta Sadeq Qanbari issued a statement on the occasion of 13th of Aban—Student Day and the Day of Confronting Global Arrogance—as follows:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The 13th of Aban reminds us all of the honor, faith, and awakening of the Iranian nation—a day when our youth and students realized that independence is defined by shouting “Death to Arrogance,” not by remaining silent in the face of oppression.
My message to the noble people of Iran is to cherish this awareness and independence. The enemies constantly strive to strip our people of their spirit of resistance and push them toward compromise and indifference. But faith has been the key to this nation’s endurance.
The main problem of the Islamic world is disunity, not weakness. If the Muslim Ummah unites, no power can stand against it.
The enemies of Islam fear our unity—not our numbers. Therefore, the first step in confronting arrogance is returning to the Qur’an and Islamic brotherhood. The Qur’an calls us to unity: “And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.”
Islamic countries must set aside ethnic, sectarian, and political differences. Instead of internal conflict, they should stand against the dominance of global powers through scientific, cultural, and economic planning.
Muslims need unity in thought, action, and economy. Today’s war is not just on the battlefield—it continues in media, economics, science, and culture.
The Islamic world must harness the potential of its intellectuals, universities, and scholars to amplify the voice of justice and resistance. If Muslim nations awaken from their slumber, no power will be able to bring them to their knees.
God’s promise is clear: “If you help Allah, He will help you and make your feet firm.” Victory belongs to those who believe in God and His promise.
Today, Islamic Iran is the flagbearer of the fight against oppression in the world. This position must be preserved through unity. Shia and Sunni, Turk and Persian, Baluch and Kurd—all stand on the same front: the front of truth against falsehood.
If in the past the enemy came with cannons and rifles, today they come with propaganda and distortion. So we must be more vigilant than ever.
The 13th of Aban is not just a historical memory—it is a living message for all generations: if a nation seeks dignity, it must pay the price through patience and steadfastness. And the Iranian nation has stood proud on this path—and will continue to do so.
