The Israeli regime presses ahead with violation of a ceasefire in Gaza launching fresh strikes across the war-torn territory.
One Palestinian killed in continued Israeli violation of ceasefire agreement
A Palestinian man was killed on Sunday morning in an Israeli airstrike targeting the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement, which has been in place since October 11. Meanwhile, Israeli warships continue shelling areas near the Gaza seaport and the eastern regions of Rafah.

A day earlier a Palestinian child was killed after an unexploded device left by Israeli occupation forces detonated in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

International aid organizations have previously warned of the dangers posed by remnants of war in Gaza, noting that such hazards could persist for 20 to 30 years, describing the territory as a terrifying minefield with no clear map.

Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect, at least 242 Palestinians have been killed and approximately 614 injured by Israeli occupation forces. A total of 522 bodies have been recovered, while 300 bodies have been handed over by Israeli forces, of which only 89 were identified so far.

The total casualties of the Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, have reached 69,169, the majority of whom are children and women, with 170,685 injured, according to local health authorities. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble.
