Hamas Calls on the Islamic Ummah to Pressure Occupiers to End the War
Hamas warned that the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip demands urgent action to save civilians and deliver aid, tents, and shelter. “After two years of genocidal war, the people of Gaza are suffering from severe shortages of food, medicine, drinking water, tents, and shelter supplies, along with the collapse of the healthcare system,” the statement read. “This poses a real threat to defenseless civilians, especially children and women, particularly during the harsh winter season and heavy rains.”

The movement held the “fascist Zionist occupiers” fully responsible for the continued violations of the ceasefire agreement, escalating attacks on Gaza’s population, closure of crossings, and obstruction of humanitarian aid delivery.
Hamas also urged the guarantor countries of the ceasefire to pressure Israel to implement humanitarian protocols and reopen crossings—especially the Rafah crossing—to facilitate the entry of medical and relief supplies, tents, and shelter materials, as well as the evacuation of patients and movement of civilians.
The statement condemned the ongoing international silence and inaction in the face of persistent crimes by the occupiers, warning that this threatens the lives of over two million besieged Palestinians in Gaza.
In conclusion, Hamas called on the Arab and Islamic Ummah and all free people of the world to continue mobilizing and taking action to pressure the occupiers and their backers to stop their assaults on civilians, end the blockade, and ensure the sustained reopening of crossings for urgent humanitarian relief.
