Sheikh Naim Qassem affirmed the resistance's rejection of direct negotiations and the government's concessions regarding the Washington agreement condemning the deal as a capitulation that facilitates "israeli" aggression, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Highlighting the "Black Wednesday" attack—200 raids in ten minutes causing over 300 martyrs and 1,200 wounded—Sheikh Naim Qassem vowed that the resistance will not squander the martyrs' blood or surrender its defensive capabilities.

Hezbollah chief resistance reiterated five non-negotiable conditions as: total cessation of aggression by land, sea, and air, withdrawal of "Israel" from occupied territories, release of prisoners, return of all residents to their towns and also reconstruction of the bombarded regions.

Sheikh Naim Qassem vowed that the resistance will liberate every inch of occupied land saying,” Record this for history: The ‘Israeli’ enemy will not remain on a single inch of our occupied land, and our people will return to their lands to the very last inch of our southern border with occupied Palestine.”
