The Friday Prayer Imam of Bilal Grand Mosque in Mashhad, referring to the importance of maintaining order and stability in Islamic society, emphasized the necessity of strengthening unity, empathy, and adherence to religious teachings, and said: "Maintaining security, preventing sedition, and protecting the foundation of Islamic society are among the most important duties of the Muslim Ummah."

According to the Taghrib News Agency, Mawlawi Niazi, the Friday Prayer Imam of Bilal Grand Mosque in Mashhad, citing Quranic teachings, considered maintaining order and stability in Islamic society as among the greatest religious and social responsibilities of Muslims, and stated: "God Almighty says in the Holy Quran: 'O you who have believed, obey God and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you' (Quran 4:59), which indicates the importance of adhering to order and social responsibility in Islamic society."
 
He added: "Great Sunni scholars have always emphasized that the existence of a sovereign and a political system plays an important role in protecting religion, establishing justice, ensuring security, and preventing chaos and sedition in society."
 
Mawlawi Niazi, referring to the necessity of preserving unity and cohesion among Muslims, said: "Aware and insightful believers must, by strengthening the spirit of empathy and cooperation within the framework of Islamic law, strive for the consolidation of order, security, and tranquility in society."
 
He added: "Preserving order, avoiding differences, and confronting divisive factors will pave the way for the dignity of the Islamic Ummah and lead to the strengthening and progress of Muslim society."
 
In conclusion, Mawlawi Niazi called upon the general public to take steps in the direction of strengthening security and social cohesion by maintaining unity, social responsibility, and adherence to Islamic values.
