According to the Taghrib News Agency, General Esmail Qaani wrote in a message: "The Zionist regime must know that occupation, aggression, and continuous crimes against the people of southern Lebanon will never break the will of the resistant Lebanese nation and Hezbollah fighters."
 
He further emphasized in this message: "Southern Lebanon has always been and will remain a land of dignity, resistance, and steadfastness. Hezbollah, as a symbol of resistance and dignity of the Islamic Ummah, will remain at the forefront of defending Lebanon and confronting the excesses of the occupying regime, and the divine promise of the victory of truth over falsehood will be realized."
