According to the Taghrib News Agency, Esmail Baghaei, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote in a message on X social media on the anniversary of the Zionist regime and America's military aggression against Iran in June 2025 (Khodadad 1404):
 
"With the delusion of victory, they made betrayal the gateway to a night attack and charged into a land whose resistance and steel-like determination in putting enemies to flight is renowned throughout the annals of history."
 
"Today marks the anniversary of the start of the military aggression by the Zionist regime — with the backing of America — an assault accompanied by the cowardly assassination of the nation's defenders and attacks on nuclear facilities. But in the end, the steadfast will, resistance, and self-sacrifice of the Iranian nation turned the enemy's dream — one that today admits: 'We tried everything' — into defeat and humiliation, thereby inscribing an exemplary model of authority, resilience, and dignity-seeking in the record of time."
