He emphasized that the wise leader, relying on wisdom and perseverance, was able to create a link between Imam Khomeini's ideals and the political realities of the time, and continued this luminous path with steadfastness to guide Iran and the region.
Al-Baghdadi, referring to the lasting legacy of the martyred leader, emphasized the unparalleled competence of Ayatollah "Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei" to continue this path.
He noted that this divine personality is a complete replica of his noble father, and with the same steadfastness and adherence to the firm principles of Imam Khomeini, he has the full ability to preserve the great legacy of the revolution and follow the path of dignity and authority without any disruption.
This senior resistance official considered the combination of religious thought and political insight in the martyred leader's conduct as natural, because he was a profound jurist who viewed politics as an integral part of religion. The martyred Ayatollah, with the scholarly backing and experience gained from his presidency and representation of the Imam, implemented theoretical foundations in the field of practice, presenting a brilliant model of a just ruler for managing society.
Sheikh Hassan al-Baghdadi referred to the martyred leader's strategy of independence and self-reliance against the plots of arrogance, and stated that the martyred leader, understanding the sinister schemes of the West to plunder the region's wealth, called on people to resist and strengthen military and cultural infrastructure – a policy that enabled Iran, despite crippling sanctions and the enemy's soft wars, to firmly establish its political and economic foundations.
The member of the Central Council of Hezbollah emphasized that the thought and path of the martyred leader are a charter for new generations. He stated that the duty of the Ummah's elites is to organize this rich knowledge, which has been compiled in various jurisprudential, political, and social fields – a legacy that, under the guidance of his righteous son, will become a strategic achievement for the society's independence from repeated trial and error.
In his final analysis, al-Baghdadi considered the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei as a factor for greater unity and cohesion of the resistance front, which, contrary to the enemy's perception, strengthened the system. The magnificent funeral ceremony was a manifestation of Iran's global authority, showing that the blood of the martyr has united the spirit of the mujahideen and paves the way for confronting enemies until the realization of great Islamic ideals with the full strength and awakening of the nations.
