Martyred Leader was architect of resistance axis, a champion of Islamic unity

In an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), Qamati emphasized that the martyred Leader played a foundational role in shaping the collective identity of the resistance movement. He described Ayatollah Khamenei as the ultimate strategist and commander who steered the affairs of the Muslim Ummah, with a particular focus on the liberation of Palestine and the stability of Lebanon.

“The martyred Leader was the theorist, the strategist, and the reliable, powerful supporter of this path,” Qamati stated, noting that his leadership was central to the formation and cohesion of the Resistance Axis.

Qamati highlighted the ideological foundations of the martyred Leader, noting that his vision was rooted in the principle that all Muslims—regardless of whether they are Shia, Sunni, or followers of other schools of thought—face a shared existential threat. Consequently, Ayatollah Khamenei consistently advocated for Islamic unity, especially regarding the Palestinian cause and the defense of the rights of Muslim nations.

Drawing a connection to religious doctrine, Qamati added that the martyred Leader’s thoughts, stances, and decisions were deeply inspired by the Holy Qur’an. He noted that the Qur’an emphasizes the necessity of confronting global arrogance, resisting imperialism, and fostering convergence and interaction among all Islamic nations to face common threats.

“The martyred Leader will live forever in our thoughts and hearts, and in the souls of the entire Islamic Ummah, the Arab nation, and most especially the people of Palestine,” Qamati concluded.

He added that Ayatollah Khamenei will remain an inspiring model and an eternal icon of leadership, resistance, and unwavering steadfastness for all free people across the globe.
