IRGC launches multiple-stage operation against U.S. positions in region

IRGC announced that during Wave 23 of Operation Nasr 2, carried out in three stages inflicting heavy blows on American terrorist forces in the region, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

According to IRGC, in stage one of the operation a drone storage and maintenance hangars belonging to American units stationed at Al-Sakhir Air Base in Bahrain was hit and suffered destruction.

In stage two, IRGC forces launched attack on the preparation hangars for TF59 vessels at Salman Port in Bahrain, which reportedly caused their destruction and inflicted heavy damage on the vessels.

In a separate strike, the burning of hangars used for the stationing, support, and equipment of special marine commando forces at the Arifjan base in Kuwait, which were reportedly completely destroyed.

IRGC vowed that its retaliatory missile and drone strikes will continue to respond the U.S. military aggression.

It added that Iran’s missiles and drones will continue to rain down on the American forces in the region if this war lasts for years.

The new strikes came a day after the U.S. President, Donald Trump, claimed Iran has “lost everything almost militarily.

The IRGC said the “foolish” US president, who has repeatedly acknowledged his lack of understanding of world affairs, once again “displayed his ignorance and poor judgment by claiming that Iran has only a limited number of missiles and drones left and that its stockpiles are nearly exhausted.”

IRGC vowed, “Our missiles and drones will continue to rain down on the American criminals until the very last day of the conflict”.

For nine consecutive nights, the US military conducted waves of deadly aerial assaults on Iran, targeting civilian sites in a blatant war crime.

In response, Iranian armed forces launched heavy reprisal attacks against strategic American targets across West Asia.
