Five Palestinians were killed in an Israeli pre-dawn attack targeting a residential apartment in Gaza City.

Medical sources said the victims belonged to the al-Masri family including a woman, her young son, and her three daughters.
 
Earlier, rescue teams recovered the bodies of four victims from the site of the attack near al-Samer area in western Gaza City.
 
Emergency crews said intense fire and extensive damage caused by the strike hampered efforts to retrieve the victims.
 
The Gaza Emergency Medical Services reported that several other Palestinians were wounded in a separate Israeli strike targeting a house in the al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
 
Israeli artillery also continued shelling al-Sikka Street in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, while Israeli tanks heavily targeted the eastern areas of Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah in the southern and central Gaza Strip.
 
Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out demolition operations, blowing up a number of buildings in the eastern part of the al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
 
Israeli genocidal war on Gaza since October 2023 has killed 73,283 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured 173,864 others.
