The management style of the martyred leader is teachable and adaptable in universities worldwide

Mohammad Jalili, in an interview, examining the personality of the martyred leader from the perspective of management and economics, stated: "By studying various management theories in the world, it can be said that the management style of the martyred leader is unique, unparalleled, and without a similar example among recognized management models."

He added: "In management theories, some managers are shaped through education and experience, while others possess inherent traits and God-given genius. The martyred leader, in addition to his scientific status, jurisprudence, mastery of religious foundations, and practical experience during the revolution and the Sacred Defense, also possessed an inherent and charismatic personality that created a unique management style."

This university instructor stated: "The combination of these characteristics gave rise to a management model that, in the future, will be teachable in universities, and its blessings can be emulated for the country, the region, and even the world – especially in the field of resistance and confronting arrogance."

Jalili, stating that great leaders have the ability to create motivation in nations, said: "The martyred leader, possessing distinguished leadership qualities, was able to guide nations toward sublime goals, and today many countries in the region acknowledge this role."

Referring to the developments in Lebanon, he added: "A country that was once embroiled in war and occupation has today become a resistant nation, and this transformation is the result of the culture of resistance and the inspiration drawn from the ideas of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the martyred leader."

The instructor at the Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University continued: "The conduct of the martyred leader was based on two pillars: first, deep jurisprudential and religious knowledge, and second, personal characteristics and family authenticity that created a charismatic and influential personality."

According to him, the school of the martyred leader is a future-building school, and figures like Martyr Soleimani are part of this school and tradition.

Regarding the farewell ceremony for the martyred leader, Jalili stated: "The people's presence in this ceremony was magnificent and widespread, and the Iranian nation showed its devotion to him. This presence was a fulfillment of a debt to years of struggle and leadership."

Recalling the historic funeral of Imam Khomeini (RA), he said: "That ceremony was recorded in history as a symbol of a nation's gratitude to its leader, and the farewell ceremony for the martyred leader also demonstrates the nation's determination to continue this path."

This university instructor emphasized: "In the current sensitive situation and after the unequal war, the widespread presence of the people in the funeral ceremony of the martyred leader was a decisive response to the enemies and their supporters, and conveyed a clear message of national cohesion and the steadfastness of the Iranian nation to the world."

In conclusion, Jalili, emphasizing that the independence and dignity of any nation depend on unity and solidarity, noted: "The presence of the people on the scene is a symbol of national unity and steadfastness against pressures, and shows that a nation united around a leader can preserve its independence and dignity."
